Kentucky Resident Wins A Million

One Kentucky resident will soon be a million dollars richer. Kentucky Lottery officials announced there was a million dollar winner in Kenton County. A press conference is planned for today in which the winner is expected to speak and will receive a symbolic four foot long check.
