Mom And Babysitter Arrested

Two Madison County women are in jail thanks to drugs It started when Anneta Clements overdosed on heroin in front of her 7-year-old son in a room at the Quality Quarters in Richmond.

She was revived at the hospital and is charged with wanton endangerment.

The child’s babysitter Diana Byards was also arrested after she transported the child to the hospital while she was allegedly high on drugs.
