Cop Wanna-Be Arrested

In Beattyville police have arrested George Ratliff for impersonating a peace officer.

Police say he bought a used police car but failed to take the decals off. Police say the received reports that he was reported either parking or patrolling neighborhoods and attempting to pull cars over.

Ratliff denies the charges and says he put tape through the center of the decals.
