City Narrows Field For City Manager

Richmond City Officials will be interviewing five finalist for the position of city manager.

The city received 96 applications and have narrowed the field to the final 5.

Richard Thomas has acted as interim city manager since January 1st when City Manager Jimmy Howard resigned.
