Walk Away Inmate Captured

An inmate that walked away from the Blackburn Correctional Facility March 25, has been captured.

Authorities report Timothy Day was caught in Louisville after a brief foot chase with police.

Day was serving a 15 year sentence for two burglaries in Meade County.

Blackburn Correctional Complex is a minimum security prison.
