Richmond Police Offer $5,000 Reward

Richmond Police have announced they will offer a $5,000 reward for information leading to the person or persons responsible for a double murder that occurred last year.

According to the release on June 27, 2014, Karen Rollins Simpson and Avery “Boochie” Evans were found murdered at their home at 109 Valley Street in Richmond, KY. The Richmond Police Department is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
