American Musical Salute

The Richmond Area Arts Council presents American Musical Salute by The Madison Community Band and The Madison Singers along with the 202nd Army Band of the Kentucky National Guard.
“This is a tribute to our great country; it’ll feature American music, patriotic music plus some American Folk music,” said Debbie Kidd, Director of Richmond Area Arts Council.
Come out to the EKU Ravine on Friday, July 3 to enjoy live music. The show starts at 8 p.m. and admission is free. “It’s becoming a staple in the community and we’re really proud of this great concert, ” said Kidd. Visitors are encouraged to bring chairs and the show will go on rain or shine. Rain location is Brock Auditorium.
The Democratic and Republican women of Madison County will be there handing out American flags and programs.

The next event held by Richmond Area Arts Council is Fallout, a seven piece rock band part of The 202nd Army Band of the Kentucky National Guard. Join them on July 9, 7-9 p.m. at Richmond Area Arts Center. Admission is free.
