Richmond Woman Charged With Drugs And Endangering

Richmond Police responded to a drug complaint at Meijer Gas Station where they found Tara Danielle Garner, 33, bent over the center console of her vehicle with a one year old child in the back seat..

During an inspection of the vehicle, the officer found a substance that tested positive for heroin and an uncapped syringe located between the driver’s seat and center console.

Garner admitted to the officer that she was in possession of heroin.

Garner was charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor.
