Richmond Police Looking For Missing Teen

The Richmond Police Department is currently attempting to locate a missing juvenile.

Thursday September 3rd, a relative reported that Michael A. Browning, a.k.a. Mikey Browning, 15, 6’0, 185 pounds, thin build, brown hair and eyes, did not return home from school.

The relative has assigned temporary custody of the child. It is suspected that the child may be in the Laurel County/Knox County area as that is where his non-custodial parents reside. They are currently not allowed to have contact with the child.
