Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea – Christmas Weekend Hours

BEREA, Ky. – The Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea will close at 5 p.m. Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, and will be closed all day on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, to enable staff to celebrate with their families. The center will re-open at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, and will be open regular hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Kentucky Artisan Center is just the place to join friends and family to enjoy a meal in the Artisan Cafe and discover distinctive Kentucky-made treasures. Conveniently located off Interstate 75 at Berea Exit 77, the center offers a wide array of beautiful gifts created by over 700 artisans.
The center’s exhibits, shopping and travel information areas are open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the cafe is open 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
The center currently features works by more than 700 artisans from more than 100 counties across the Commonwealth. A gallery exhibit, “It Takes Two: Collaborations by Kentucky Artisans” is on display through Feb. 27, 2016, and in the lobby the center’s 18-foot Christmas tree is adorned with an array of Kentucky-made ornaments.
