Morehead Man Arrested On Multiple Child Porn Charges

State police say a Morehead man wanted on federal child pornography charges was arrested Wednesday.

Troopers say they received a report that 44-year-old Michael S. Rose was seen working on Skaggs Road in Morehead.

State police say he faces several charges including Production of Visual Depictions Involving a Minor Engaged In Sexually Explicit Conduct Using Means of Interstate Commerce, Receipt of Visual Depictions Involving a Minor Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct Using Means of Interstate Commerce, and Possession of Matter Containing Visual Depictions of Minors Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct Which Matter Had Been Transported in Interstate Commerce.

State police say Rose was being held at the Carter County Detention Center.
