Man Arrested After Child Goes Unconscious

Authorities in Lexington are investigating injuries to a 4-year-old boy under the care of his mother’s boyfriend. His injuries resulted in unconsciousness and a trip to the emergency room. Carl Carpenter was arrested on outstanding warrants and in now charged with criminal abuse.
