Berea Police Arrest One For Shoplifting and Drugs

Monday, Berea Police Officers were called to Walmart in reference to a shoplifter. Store employees observed the subject allegedly conceal items before attempting to leave the store.

Officers arrested Wendell Parker, 44, of Berea KY. During the arresrt they located a syringe and a small amount of Methamphetamine in his pants pockets.

Parker was charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting), Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree (Methamphetamine), and Drug Paraphernalia Possession.
