Bluegrass ADD: State’s attempts to cut funding is ‘political’

Officials with the Bluegrass Area Development District say the state government’s attempt to cut off their funding is political. David Duttlinger, with the group, says it has addressed concerns in a critical 2014 state audit, but last month, Governor Bevin’s administration sent a letter telling the agency it would no longer be a conduit for federal workforce training funds.
