Richmond Police Issue Missing Person Bulletin

Richmond Police have issued a missing person bulletin on Lillie Mae Justice, 74, missing since 8:30 p.m. Monday.

She was wearing a gold colored hat, blue jeans, blue/white t-shirt and black Nike leather shoes. Ms. Justice was last seen walking and has no access to a vehicle.

Police report she could be in danger due to her medical condition and her required medication.
