One of Four Suspects in Officer Ellis Shooting Back In Jail

Carl Banks one of the four suspects in the Officer Daniel Ellis murder is back in jail or missing a court date.

Banks is charged with the robbery Officer Ellis was investigating when he was shot at an apartment November 2015.

Banks was arrested Thursday on a failure to appear warrant.

The other three suspects Raleigh Sizemore, Gregory Ratliff and Rita Creech

have remained in jail since their arrest.
