Richmond Golden Alert Still In Effect

Richmond police are still looking Fred Warner, 78, who went missing last week.

He is 5-feet-5-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. Warner was last seen wearing a red flannel shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. He could be driving a 2011 gray Toyota Avalon.

A Golden Alert was issued last week and remains in effect.
