Trial Date Set For Man Accused of Triple Murder
A trial date has been set for Kenneth Keith the man accused in the shooting deaths of Michael and Angela Hockensmith and Daniel Smith in a Danville Pawn Shop back in 2013.
During a hearing yesterday the judge set the trail for August 10th and he blocked three weeks for the trial.
During yesterday’s hearing the judge also refused to suppress evidence gathered by police at Keith’s house, church and business.
Keith could face the death sentence.
