Mattingly Is Last To Be Sentenced In The Murder Of A Richmond Man

The remaining defendant in a 2015 homicide in Clark County has been sentenced to 18 years in prison.

Kristi Mattingly, 47, plead guilty in January to complicity in the murder of Roy Combs and attempted murder of his brother, Billy Combs both from Richmond.

Mattingly admitted bringing a gun to the scene, but did not shoot anyone.
