Irvine Man Arrested In Richmond On Drug Charges

An Irvine man is in jail after police were called to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the Kroger parking lot Tuesday morning.

Police say Daniel Brezeale, 38, had a black bag sitting between his legs. Police say the bag contained 3 needles, several empty baggies, 2 scales that contained needles, narcotics, methamphetamine and black tar heroin.

Brezeale was charged with first offense first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying/possessing drug paraphernalia, first offense first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and first offense first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin).
Brezeale is lodged at the Madison County Detention Center.
