Man Indicted For Seeking Sex With A Clark County Minor

A Lexington man has been indicted by a Clark County Grand jury after he allegedly tried to set up a meeting with a 17 year-old minor for sex.

In March, detectives received a complaint about the communication between the two and were able to take over the communication while posing as the juvenile. Police say Terry Duncan, 63, has known the juvenile for about five years and was able to set up a meeting at a Clark County truck stop along I-64. When Duncan arrived at the agreed time, Winchester Police arrested him.

During an interview with police, Duncan admitted that he previously requested a nude photograph of the girl, and to setting up the meeting.

Duncan is charged with use of a minor in a sexual performance and prohibited use of electronic communications system to procure a minor/peace officer to engage in sexual offense
