Officers Investigate Wolfe County School Bus Crash

Kentucky State Police are investigating a school bus crash in Wolfe County.

It happened at about 3:47 p.m. Thursday when the bus and car collided on Rexville Road near Hazel Green, Ky.

One student was taken to Morgan County ARH to be checked out, however, the injury was not serious.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Richard Bush, 23, of Clay City. He was arrested at the scene on an unrelated warrant. Bush was also cited for Operating on Suspended Operator License, No Insurance, Expired Registration Receipt, Expired Registration and Failure to Notify the Department of Transportation of Address Change.

He was lodged in the Three Forks Regional Detention Center.
