Scott County Man Is Charged With 100 Counts of Child Porn

A Scott County man is in jail, facing 100 charges of child porn.

Authorities say Chad Rickman, 44, a respiratory therapist, faces the charges after investigators with cyber crimes allegedly located a hard drive and two flash drives containing thousands of images and videos of children in sexual performances. The electronic devices were seized from both his home and his place of employment.
