Richmond Man Found Shot To Death

One man is dead and another man was injured after an altercation in a Clark County rock quarry.

Kentucky State Police reports that Roy Combs, 26, was killed and another man was struck in the leg with bird shot in the quarry on Athens-Boonesboro Road, near Halls on the River.

Officials confirm that both victims and the two suspects in the case are from Madison County.

KSP confirms that the parties involved have had problems before.
