Lexington Mayor Jim Gray will run for U.S. Senate

Jim Gray is on a quest for the U.S. Senate. The Lexington mayor arrived at the Secretary of State’s office in Frankfort to file the necessary paperwork to run on Tuesday morning. Shortly after filing, an announcement video was released where Gray stated that the “American dream is slipping away.”  Gray will run as a Democrat for the seat now held by Republican Rand Paul.
