Hiker Identified

The Cincinnati,Ohio man that fell some 200 feet to his death early Sunday Morning at Red River Gorge has been identified.

According to a Cincinnati magazine he is  Jason Lazor, a senior marketing manager for Kroger. Lazor was with a group that makes an annual camping trip to the gorge.

According to officials they were at Chimney Top, a popular camping spot, when Lazor stepped over the railing, lost his footing and fell from the cliff.

Search and Rescue workers from Powell, Wolfe and Menifee Counties responded to the accident.

Foul play is not suspected however officials believe alcohol was involved.
