One man dead in Knox co. shooting

In Knox County, a confrontation between two law enforcement officers and another man led to a fatal shooting. Police were called about a drunk man who was thought to have abducted a child. A deputy and a constable discovered Jesse Mills walking down a road with a child. Mills apparently shot at the officers and they killed him. The child was not hurt.
