Police Nab Robbery Suspect

Berea police have confirmed that London Police arrested William Hacker, the man wanted in connection with the Monday night robbery of the Dollar General Store on Price Royal Drive. 

Berea Police Lieutenant. Jake reed gives credit to some very clear surveillance tape:

“We got some great footage of him in both stores,” said Lt. Reed. “ We got some good close ups so we’re hoping to get some information off of those.”

London Police spotted the truck this morning and attempted a traffic stop when the truck sped off. The suspect along with a passenger led police on a chase before crashing into some trees. They then tried to flee the scene on foot but were quickly apprehended.

Police believe Hacker may be involved with a recent string of robberies targeting Dollar General Stores.
