Two Killed, One Injured In Head-on Crash In Rockcastle County

An early morning accident on KY-461, just about a mile south of US-150 near Mount Vernon, has claimed the lives of two people and left one with serious injuries.

It happened at about 5:30 this morning when according to Kentucky State Police, the driver of a Ford Mustang tried to pass another vehicle and slammed head-on into a pickup.

The accident remains under investigation.
