Richmond Teen Charged With Multiple Sex Offenses

The Richmond Police Department says an 18-year-old is behind bars, facing a string of sex charges.

Kobe Graves-Hardin was arrested on Saturday at a home on Kensington Place around 7:00 p.m., according to officers, and charged with rape, sodomy, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, and unlawful transaction with a minor.

Police released little to no details on Graves-Hardin’s offenses.

He is in the Madison County Detention Center.
